Dear Mayor and Members of the City Council:
A final walk-through has been completed for the project referenced above. Based on the work we have
observed, the improvements constructed by C & L Excavating for CLC Partners have been accomplished
in substantial conformance to the plans and specifications. I recommend acceptance of the subdivision by
the City of St. Joseph.
Developer shall post with the City a Warranty Bond
for a period of two years following the City
