performance benchmarks with the assistance of LMC establishing the questions discussed.
d. Surplus Property—Requested Action: Declare the HP plotter, 1997 street sweeper and JD
walk behind mower as surplus and sell or trade in for the best available value. Dispose of the
Councilors old CPU's per City policy.
