RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY
B & K Properties & Salvage Properties
WHEREAS, the Joint Planning Board has received a request for approval of a Certificate of
Survey;
WHEREAS, the properties are located in St. Joseph Township in the City of St. Joseph's
Orderly Annexation Area;
WHEREAS, the subdivision of properties is governed under Stearns County Subdivision
Ordinance and Orderly Annexation Agreement between the City of St. Joseph and St. Joseph
Township;
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Survey complies with Stearns County's Subdivision
Ordinance;
WHEREAS, an Administrative Subdivision (Certificate of Survey) requires review and
approval by the Joint Planning Board as established in the Orderly Annexation Agreement between
the City of St. Joseph and St. Joseph Township;
WHEREAS, on February 11, 2020, the Joint Planning Board reviewed the proposed
Certificate of Survey prepared for B & K Properties and Salvage Properties; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE JOINT PLANNING BOARD OF
ST. JOSEPH, MINNESOTA: That the Certificate of Survey of B & K Properties and Salvage
Properties be approved.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Joint Planning Board
this 11th day of February, 2020.
