ADMINISTRATION REPORT
TO: HONERABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
DATE: February 14, 2020
SUMMARY
Administration Staff is working on election items. Training and planning for the Presidential Primary is
almost complete. I was able to attend some business BR&E visits with Therese. Meet with OPG3 to discuss
data retention and storage on Laserfiche. They will be preforming a system audit as part of our ongoing
agreement. I meet with multiple vendors and citizens for multiple issues. Chief Pfannenstein and myself
participated in the Violence Against Women Program from CSBSJU. Attended a Joint Fire Board meeting.
STAFF
Union discussion are ongoing.
FACILITIES
City hall fire alarm system was tested, sprinkler system test has been scheduled. We have determined the needs
for the public works storage building and are getting a preliminary cost estimate worked up.
