BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The La Playette has applied for an outdoor event on August 28, 2020 from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The Ordinance requires a public hearing for music events that extend beyond 9:30 PM and allows the music to go until midnight. The application has been reviewed by the Police Chief with the following recommendations: 1 off-duty officer to roam inside; La Playette staff to control alcohol in and out of entrances. BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: La Playette is responsible for the wages of the officer.
