SUMMARY
Planning Intern: I have posted the job announcement for the Planning Intern position. Applications
th
will be accepted until March 20. The duration of the internship is planned from May – August.
Ordinance Updates: I have drafted a new nuisance ordinance, which will be presented to the City
Council in April, along with amendments to the fee schedule.
Meetings: BR & E (Business, Retention & Expansion) meetings were held with Full Circle Water and
Collegeville Properties. I met with a potential new business who is considering locating to St. Joseph in the
former Newsleader building, north of St. Joe Meet Market.
UPCOMING MEETINGS & EVENTS
Kris and I are judges for student presentations for a Sustainable Urban Planning Class St. Joseph Project

at St. John’s University on March 12. Staff will be meeting with a potential new business to locate in
Millstream Shops and Lofts, former Bad Habit Space. I will be attending the Sustainable Cities Transportation
th
Road at the St. Cloud Wastewater Treatment facility on March 13.
