c. Treasurer's Report—Requested Action:Accept the February 2020 Treasurer's Report as
Rick Schulcz presented.
d. Donations—Requested Action:Accept the donations and contributions as presented.
e. Transfers—Requested Action:Authorize the 2019 and 2020 transfers as presented.
f. Equity Classifications—Requested Action:Approve the equity designations as presented.
Councilors g. Liquor License—Requested Action:Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to execute the
2020 3.2 Off-Sale Liquor licenses for the Holiday Station Store and Coborn's Grocery Store.
� Anne Buckvold h. 2020 Compost Agreement—Requested Action:Authorize the execution of the 2020 Compost
Troy Goracke Agreement between the City of St. Joseph and C&L Excavating, Inc.
Bob Loso i. Feasibility Report& Improvement Hearing Resolution—Requested Action: Authorize the
Mayor and Administrator to execute Resolution 2020-006 receiving the feasibility report and
Brian Theisen calling for the public improvement hearing on the 20'h Ave SE Improvements.
j. Dually Truck with Dump Box Purchase—Requested Action:Approve the purchase of the 1-
ton dually truck with dump box from Schweiters Chevrolet, Cold Spring for an amount not tc�
exceed $50,000.00.
k. Regional Park Designation Application—Requested Action: Adopt Resolution 202G'-008
authorizing application to GMRTC for Regional Park Designation for East Park.
