STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve exhibitor booth participation at MNCAR Expo.
PREVIOUS BOARD ACTION:
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The 14' Annual MNCAR (Minnesota Commercial Association
of Real Estate/Realtors) Commercial Real Estate Expo will be held on October 29, 2020 in Minneapolis
at The Depot. An estimated 600+ commercial real estate professionals (brokers, bankers, site selectors,
etc.) attend the event. Over 85 exhibitors participated in 2019, including many cities who market their
community to attract new development. Registration opens in August and fills quickly.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $1,100
