HomeMy WebLinkAbout[09a] Administration Report KRIS AMBUEHL CITY ADMINISTRATOR 75 Callaway Street East St Joseph, MN 56374 kambuehl@cityofstjoseph.com ADMINISTRATION REPORT TO: HONERABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL DATE: April 17, 2020 SUMMARY Most of the efforts have been in relation to response and continuity of government operations during the COVID-19 crisis. Finance has been tracking all expenses in the event that there may be any state or federal aid for this response. STAFF City Staff has been practicing social distancing and remote work when available to adhere to state guidelines. Admin staff is running a mix of remote and office days to meet the workload. Union discussions have advanced with AFSCME via phone conferencing. FACILITIES There was an outlet fire at the community center. The reasoning has been determined and the problem has been fixed. City buildings remain limited access until it is safe to open back up. UPCOMING MEETINGS & EVENTS Many upcoming meetings have been canceled or postponed. Some meetings have been moved to phone of video conferencing -KRIS
