BACKGROUND INFORMATION: In light of changes caused by COVID-19, the need for remote
access for both Councilmembers and the public has been raised. In order to meet State Statues both during
the COVID emergency and after the attached quote includes the equipment required.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $7,233.60

REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Approve the purchase and installation of equipment needed for
upgrades to the City of St Joseph Video and Conferencing System.
