The event would run from 6:30 – 9:30 PM. Because the music will end by 9:30, a public hearing is not required. City Ordinance requires applicants to submit their request 90 days prior to the event. Because of COVID, this was not possible as there was no indication of when bars/restaurants would be able to reopen. Staff recommends waiving that requirement. The Police Chief reviewed the application and has recommended approval.
