Council tabled approval in order to be provided with a breakdown of costs.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: In light of changes caused by COVID-19, the need for remote
access for both Councilmembers and the public has been raised. In order to meet State Statu t es both
during the COVID emergency and after the attached quote includes the equipment required.
The quote also includes the addition of a camera for the conference room to allow for virtual meetings as well as
upgrading an additional spot for staff in the Council Chambers.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $7,233.60
