ADMINISTRATION REPORT
TO: HONERABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
DATE: June 12, 2020
SUMMARY
Administration staff have been working to maintain city operations in light of the multiple changes in regards to
COVID-19. We are currently working on improvements to our website and access to public data, ordinances
and department procedures to increase transparency for residents. Staff has worked to prioritize projects needed
for street improvements. Worked with LMCIT Loss control department to improve the City of St Joseph’s fleet
management plan.
FACILITIES
City building and facilities are being sanitized and cleaned in accordance with MDH and CDC guidelines.
UPCOMING MEETINGS & EVENTS
Area Administrators, CSB/St Joseph Relations, EDA, and others as City Hall opens up.
