1. Review public safety concerns that can arise from large public gatherings and discuss
strategies for mitigating such concerns.
2. Review operation and service profile of St Joseph/YMCA Community Center including
description of services offered by the YMCA and projected operational costs to the City of St
Joseph. Discussion to set direction for preparation of operational agreement to follow.
3. Rental fees for city facilities for non-profit organizations
