Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for the City of St. Joseph met in a special
meeting on Monday, November 121", 2024, at 4:30PM in the St. Joseph Government Center.
Members Present: Mayor Rick Schultz, Councilmembers Adam Scepaniak, Kelly Beniek, Kevin Kluesner
Members Absent: Bob Loso
City Representatives Present: City Administrator David Murphy, Finance Director Lori Bartlett, City Clerk

Canvass of 2024 Election Results: Schultz moved to approve Resolution 2024-068 Canvassing the
November 5, 2024, Municipal General Election Returns and Declaring Results; seconded by Scepaniak
and passed unanimously.
Adiourn: Schultz made a motion to adjourn at 6:01 PM; seconded by Beniek and passed
unanimously.
