Replace existing metal flashings. 4. Remove existing antenna tower. 5. Provide stone veneer at temp classroom vestibule infills(2 locations on east side of building). Gym: 1. Remove existing VAT flooring and base. 2. Clean existing roof joists and deck. 3. Provide VCT flooring and base. 4. Repaint walls and ceiling,and ducts. 5. Existing basketball backstops to remain. 6. Existing lighting to remain. 7. Furr-out exterior walls: 1/2 inch polyiso board adhered to walls,3-5/8 inch studs with R-13 batts,5/8 inch AR gypsum board. 8. Expanded lobby for gym access. Provide glazed curtain wall with ballasted EPDM roof on metal deck and steel structure. Community Room: 1. Remove existing VAT flooring and base. 2. Remove existing wall to Gym. Provide new beam to support existing wall above and 10ft high operable partition below. 3. Remove portions of exterior walls for new windows and doors. Provide new lintels. 4. Remove existing basketball backstops. 5. Remove existing table storage cubbies. 6. Provide carpet flooring and carpet base. 7. Provide acoustical ceiling and gypsum board soffits. 8.
